Custom site for a dental practice expanding into new locations
A brand-new practice opening its doors with no site, no Google presence, and nowhere for the socials to point: invisible on day one. I built a site designed to drive consultations immediately, with custom illustrations, a referral system for dentists, and patient care materials to support the practice as it grows.
The practice was entering a new market and needed a site that pushed hard on booking consultations. I built the landing experience around strong calls to action, making sure every section funnels toward scheduling. The site architecture supports multiple locations out of the box, so adding new offices is straightforward as the practice expands.

Pricing became a deliberate differentiator. Every price is published upfront and all-inclusive, one number per procedure, no guesswork and no surprise bill afterward. For a patient comparing practices, being the office that just tells you what it costs builds trust before the first phone call.

I created custom tooth illustrations for the site to add personality and warmth to a topic most people would rather not think about. They soften the clinical feel and help prospective patients feel at ease before they ever walk in the door.

I built a custom referral form so other dentists can submit patient referrals directly through the site, with image upload support for X-rays and relevant documentation. The form is clean, fast, and designed to reduce friction for referring providers.

I designed patient care cards with clear post-procedure instructions, using the same illustration style to keep the brand consistent across digital and print touchpoints. Easy to scan, easy to follow, and built to reduce calls back to the office.

I optimized their Google Business Suite to make sure the backend schema pointed correctly at the new location. Search visibility, business profile, and local SEO were all configured to drive discovery from day one in the new market.
